Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsabilités

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions as scheduled
• Maintain session notes and client records in the EHR
• Collaborate with admin for billing, claims and scheduling
