Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers seeks a Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to oversee IOP-level care delivered remotely to individuals facing substance use and mental health disorders. You will provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ensure high-quality telehealth services across the program.

The role supports expansion of licensing across state lines and collaboration with the Telehealth Clinical Director to maintain standards, improve workflows, and drive program growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or state equivalent).
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with substance use and mental health disorders.
• IOP or structured outpatient care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote telehealth setting.

Telehealth Clinical Supervisor | Remote | Licensed in FL, PA, or DE | Full-Time

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to join our growing clinical team, supporting the delivery of IOP-level care to individuals overcoming substance use and mental health disorders. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, support therapist development, and help ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across our telehealth programs. You'll work closely with the Telehealth Clinical Director and Head of Telehealth, contributing to clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and the continued growth of our virtual treatment services.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, fully independent clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or applicable state equivalent) in at least one of the following states
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field
• 5 Years clinical experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and/or co-occurring conditions
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, and ethical standards of care
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively supporting and collaborating with a clinical team
• Direct experience with Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) or other structured outpatient treatment settings
