Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Multistate Licensed) – Telehealth GFE

Location: Remote – Nationwide Telehealth (must have active licenses in a minimum of 5 states)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active multistate

licenses to conduct Good Faith Exam (GFE) Clearances exclusively via telehealth. This role is

ideal for candidates with a background in aesthetic medicine, weight loss and wellness, sexual

health, longevity, anti-aging, peptides, IV therapies and HRT/TRT. The NP or PA will evaluate patients for elective procedures and specialized treatments while ensuring compliance with state laws and clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

o Perform all patient visits via secure telehealth platforms.

o Conduct comprehensive Good Faith Exams (GFEs), ensuring timely and

o Evaluate patient histories, perform virtual physical assessments, and determine

eligibility for various procedures.

o Provide medical clearances or recommend further evaluation as needed,

specifically in aesthetic medicine, weight loss and wellness, sexual

health, longevity, anti-aging, peptides, IV therapies and HRT/TRT.

Specialized Consultation:

o Offer expert consultation in aesthetic medicine, weight loss and wellness, sexual

health, longevity, anti-aging, peptides, IV therapies and HRT/TRT.

o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and optimal

Regulatory & Documentation Compliance:

o Maintain detailed, accurate records in the EMR system.

o Ensure all documentation meets state-specific legal and regulatory standards

across licensed jurisdictions.

o Provide clear instructions and education regarding treatment plans.

o Follow-up with patients to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

o Stay current with evolving telehealth technologies and regulatory guidelines.

o Engage in ongoing education related to aesthetic medicine, weight loss and wellness, sexual

health, longevity, anti-aging, peptides, IV therapies and HRT/TRT

Qualifications:

Licensure & Certification:

o Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in multiple states.

o National certification

o DEA registration in one or more licensed states is preferred.

Clinical Experience:

o Minimum 2 years of experience in telehealth, or related specialties.

o Proven experience in aesthetic medicine, weight loss and wellness, sexual

health, longevity, anti-aging, peptides, IV therapies and HRT/TRT

Technical Proficiency:

o Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

o Ability to adapt to a remote working environment with high attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills:

o Excellent communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration.

o Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
