Unlocking The Spectrum, LLC is seeking fully remote BCBA professionals to service clients across Texas, Indiana, Arizona, Colorado, and more. Roles include salaried and contract opportunities, with locations supported via remote delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Experience analyzing data to monitor client progress and outcomes.
• Ability to supervise and coach behavior technicians or RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, clients, and interdisciplinary teams to implement ABA services.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and junior staff as needed.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes
• Positive team player and energetic professional
• Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good judgment and creative thinking skills
• Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development; experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.
