Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth BCBA to lead in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to deliver compassionate care directly to clients’ homes. You’ll earn a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, with weekly and monthly bonuses (averaging around $1,000/month).

This remote role uses our CareConnect platform for supervision, programming, and progress tracking. Travel to markets is required periodically; Centria covers travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed to practice in relevant state.
• Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth is preferred.
• Willingness to travel monthly to markets; travel expenses are paid by Centria.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical oversight of in-home ABA services.
• Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Develop assent-based, function-based behavior plans.
• Lead virtual family training sessions and monitor progress.
• Maintain data-driven decision-making and supervision.
