Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time remote role. This position allows you to work from home while still engaging in meaningful client care. As a BCBA with us, you'll develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
  • Stay up-to-date with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in Georgia
  • Must have 2 years of experience as a BCBA
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • BCBA (Required)
