Your Role as a BCBA

  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized in-home ABA treatment plans

  • Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress using data-driven strategies

  • Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians working in client homes

  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and quality of care

  • Complete clinical documentation and planning tasks remotely

  • Stay current with ABA research, trends, and best practices

What You'll Bring

  • Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required)

  • min of 2 years as a BCBA LBA (required)
  • Experience in in-home ABA program development and oversight

  • Strong communication, coaching, and data analysis skills
