Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:
The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth. The job includes leadership and coordination of care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians assigned to the team. The telehealth BCBA will work directly and indirectly, using ABA best practices for our clients, families and staff though development and supervision of individual treatment plans, behavior interventions, training of direct care staff and include areas of expertise to be shared with others (i.e., student supervision, research, training, specialized programming, behavioral challenges, etc.) The Telehealth BCBA provides services remotely as necessary to ensure clients and staff are supported across multiple center locations. A Telehealth BCBA must manage time effectively to ensure they are meeting the budgeted requirements of the position.
Base salary of $90,000 per year with monthly bonus opportunities
Essential Job Functions
1. Essential Functions (Weighted Score: 50)
A. Timely submissions with all required clinical documentation per timelines determined by individual payors. (Weighted Score: 12.5)
B. Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual Treatment Plans (Weighted Score: 12.5)
C. Ensuring compliance with all client’s insurance-related requirements, complete, on-time, proper storage and labeling of clinical notes for each client interaction. (Weighted Score: 12.5) D. Facilitate regular family/caregiver meetings and trainings to ensure open communication, data review, progress updates, generalization and transition planning, and recommendations for future programming and treatment. (Weighted Score: 12.5)
E. Prepare analysis and summary of data, responses to caregiver questions, add updated information such as new insurance, change of care or medication or behavior change.
F. Review schedule and adjust for any time out of therapy for make-up days or increase or decrease of necessary treatment hours (Weighted Score: 12.5)
G. Submission of all required documents for internal and external audits. Maintaining HIPAA and best practices as determined via qualitative and compliance reviews. (Weighted Score: 12.5) H. Keep licensure, certification and credentialing current (Weighted Score: 12.5)
2. Operations (Weighted Score: 50)
A. Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client (Weighted Score: 25)
B. Regular staff training and supervision, using reliability checks and contextual feedback for staff enhancement and client progress. (Weighted Score: 25)
C. Identifying clients and families in need of additional supports, such as families of clients with high risk behavior, social skills groups, family support groups, and providing/referring families for all indicated supports. (Weighted Score: 25)
D. Ensure productivity and efficiency by maintaining billable expectation (Weighted Score: 25)

Minimum Job Qualifications
A. Education and Experience
• Assessment of skills & deficits across a variety of domains: Social (Pragmatic) Communication, Social-Emotional Reciprocity, Nonverbal Communication, Stereotypy and Repetitive Behavior, Restricted Behavior, Sensory Responses, Functional Living Skills. Use of best practice methodologies of ABA such as VBMAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLLS, Essentials for Living, and others required to appropriately assess individual clients.
• Develop of individual treatment and behavior intervention plans with continuous analysis to determine levels progress and remaining deficits
