Position Overview

Title: Fully Remote Telehealth PA or FNP - Work from Anywhere/Flexible/No Commute

Location: Remote NY, Must have NY license

Employment Type: Per-Diem

Compensation: $75/Hour for Virtual Projects

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical care to patients within your scope of licensure, following best practices and legal standards.
• Participate in professional development activities, including clinical ladder development and APP council participation.
• Maintain professional interactions with medical staff, including physicians, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, and first responders.
• Address patients' medical and psychosocial needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation via our HealthPoint and Athena EMR systems.
• Engage in continuing education as required by your state licensing board.
• Prescribe medications authorized by your state’s prescribing authority.
• Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and diagnostics.
• Order and interpret tests, recommend lifestyle changes, and treat wounds or orthopedic injuries with proper referrals.
• Prescribe anti-infectives following current guidelines and company policies.
• Order and evaluate the need for vaccinations.
• Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care, prioritizing excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Maintain all necessary licenses and paperwork, including malpractice insurance coverage.
• Complete onboarding, background checks, and other screenings prior to starting work.
• Report any malpractice litigation or licensing restrictions promptly.
• Establish a collaborative practice agreement as per state and licensure requirements.
• Hold an active license in the state where you provide care.
• Possess active Board Certification.
