Overview

Assist in providing exceptional customer service and professionalism to enhance the signing experience for clients.

Essential Duties

• Notarize documents in accordance with applicable statutory laws and administrative rules for Notary Publics.
• Coordinate with escrow branches to schedule signing appointments and mobile notary services.
• Comply with all relevant state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and notary regulations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Notary Public certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of title and escrow processes, and company policies
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
