Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking a Telecommunications Service Assistant to join our Onalaska, WI team at Gundersen Health System. You will handle external and internal calls for departments with empathy and professionalism, using our screening tools to guide callers.

Starting pay is $17.93 per hour, with a 0.6 FTE schedule. Typical hours are 9:00am–5:00pm or 9:30am–5:30pm, with weekend rotation and occasional PM shifts. Remote work may be possible after training, following in-person onboarding.
