Job description

Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:

• Experience in developing and preparing statements of work, performance and independent cost estimates to include availability of funding and billing to the appropriate funding documents and lines of accounting.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on contract performance.
• Experience analyzing a variety of complex technical telecommunications data and generating reports.
• Experience coordinating with users, procuring offices and vendors to resolve problems associated with services.
• Experience utilizing a variety of telephone billing software (i.e. Configuration Accounting Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) or other Telephone Management System (TMS), and other software programs such as Microsoft Office.
