Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command seeks an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to perform Combat Crew Communications duties, provide training to reservists, and support CCC operations.
The role emphasizes policy development for COMSEC materials, security programs, and coordination with Flight Operations, OPORDS/EXPLANS; peacetime and training missions. A Top Secret clearance is required, and telework is eligible.
This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. ARTs are part of the regular career civil service and enjoy all the benefits granted to Federal employees in the competitive civil service.
The purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Position accomplishes Combat Crew Communications responsibilities. Additionally, provides training to reservist in the accomplishment of the tasks set forth herein. Duties: Accomplishes combat crew communications (CCC) activities.
Formulates unit policy concerningCOMSEC materials for local training missions and missions not covered by operations orders (OPORDS) and plans(OPLANS), exercise plans (EXPLANS), etc. Develops and executes local physical, administrative, and communications security programs for CCC. Provides support to Flight Operations activities for assigned unit. Develops, coordinates, executes, and maintains, peacetime, conventional, and OPLAN 8044programs within the CCC office.
Develops and implements combat crew communications control proficiency training andcertification programs for combat crew communications, aircrews, augmentees, and others as designated

You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. This position is with Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command, Department of the Air Force.
The posted pay range is $64021 – $83232/yr.
This position is eligible for telework.
This position requires a Top Secret security clearance.
