Care New England is seeking a Telecommunications Operator to handle hospital telecom services including answering calls, operating the switchboard, and dispensing patient information. The role includes paging/beeper services and acting as back-up for the Info Desk Receptionist.

High school graduate or equivalent. Experience working with telephone switchboard equipment desirable. Must possess a good memory, a clear, well-modulated voice, strong interpersonal skills and be fluent in the English language. Must be able to perform job duties in a noisy area with frequent interruptions.
