Job Title: Telecommunications Installer (Level IV)

We currently have an opening for a Telecommunications Installer (Level IV) in our West region. This position is 100% remote with overnight travel to customer sites within the regional area. Periodic travel outside the region may also be required. The role reports to the West Region Services Manager.

The preferred location for this role is Denver, Colorado.

Role Overview

The Telecommunications Installer will work on circuit modifications, power transition operations, addition and removal of circuits on power distribution sources, testing and turn-up of power system equipment, overseeing volatile work activities, and performing Site Supervisor responsibilities on job sites. Troubleshooting and problem-solving based on experience and judgment are essential to meet customer needs efficiently.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with at least six (6) years of experience in DC power equipment installation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel approximately 100% and work various shifts, including swing shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate motorized lift equipment to handle batteries weighing 80-750 lbs.
• Frequent pushing or pulling of cables up to 60 lbs.
• Climbing ladders up to 8 ft. and working on ladders for extended periods.
• Standing for long periods and reaching above, below, or at shoulder level.
• Bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, or squatting frequently.
• Exposure to varying environments with moderate noise, heat, and cold.

Desired Characteristics
