Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III) St Louis, MO

Join us at OmniOn Power as a Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III) in the St. Louis, MO area. This role is 100% remote with overnight travel to customer sites within the regional area, primarily in St. Louis or Kansas City, MO. Periodic travel outside the region may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium service projects, ensuring on-time completion and quality.
• Manage inventory and staging of equipment and materials.
• Assist Level IV Technician with lead verification (voltage).
• Add or remove DC power systems, batteries, and related hardware.
• Support installation and commissioning of wireless, datacenter, and EV charging equipment.
• Follow all EHS and regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least three years of experience in Telecom DC power equipment installation.
• Two years of experience in cable pulling, sewing, and construction.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time and work varying shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience as a field engineer.
• Excellent communication skills.
• AC electrical experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting at least 40 lbs.
• Operating lift equipment for batteries weighing 80-750 lbs.
• Frequent climbing, reaching, bending, and standing.
