Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics activities.

You will receive, store, and distribute equipment and materials for customer installations and internal use in a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Experience using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately stock and organize telecommunications equipment, hardware, and materials within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to field technicians, customer sites, and company locations.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management and shipping systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
• Maintain proper inventory documentation and update inventory records in company systems.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, and Field Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Package sensitive telecommunications equipment according to established handling and shipping procedures.
• Assist with returns, RMAs, defective equipment processing, and asset recovery activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and elevate issues to warehouse leadership.
