Job summary

Star Construction LLC is seeking a Laborer for our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

You will help install underground telecommunications cabling and operate construction equipment while maintaining clean, safe work areas. Strong communication and reliability are essential for daily production and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate hand tools and basic equipment.
• Experience with underground telecom or construction work is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are required for site safety and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Help with site restoration efforts.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
