Job summary

Star Construction LLC is hiring a Laborer to join the Telecom Underground team. You will participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation, on a full-time basis in the United States.

You’ll help install underground telecommunications cabling, operate construction equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area while communicating effectively with the crew. PPE and training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience required.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration and adapt to all weather conditions.
