Job summary

Trawick Construction Company, LLC is seeking an entry-level Laborer to join the Telecom Underground team in Florida. You’ll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment.

This role emphasizes safety and teamwork, with opportunities for hands-on training and growth within the Operations department.

Applicants must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a HS diploma or equivalent; prior tool experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the company.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas
• Clearly communicate with all team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Help with site restoration efforts
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
