Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking experienced Telecom Civil Workers to join our team in Waverly, NE. You will oversee and participate in construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and equipment or earth-moving and construction work.

The role requires telecom civil construction expertise, ability to read plans, and strong teamwork to ensure safe, high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecom civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform line / utility installations.
• Grounding as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager.
• Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures.
• Heavy Equipment operation.
