Job summary

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. seeks experienced Telecom Civil Workers to join our team in Waverly, NE. You will oversee and participate in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecom towers and equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have telecom civil construction experience, read plans, and can operate heavy equipment. Willingness to work varied hours and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom industry, civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to operate construction equipment and work in various weather

Responsibilities

• Perform line / utility installations
• Grounding as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Maintain progress records and communicate updates to the project manager
• Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
