Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Independence, OH to oversee leasing, zoning, permits, regulatory compliance, and construction processes for telecom sites. You’ll manage small projects, coordinate with partners, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining compliance with internal standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across real estate, entitlement, and construction tasks, with an eye toward risk mitigation and effective communication. A PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years Project Management experience in complex environments.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project resources to ensure timely delivery within constraints.
• Creates and updates project timeline, monitors progress, reports deviations.
• Communicates project status and coordinates with partners to meet standards.
• Identifies project risks and participates in mitigation planning.
