Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews (in telecom)
• Ability to cover a large territory and crews
• Strong skills in telecommunications construction quality control and inspection
• Knowledge of quality assurance and quality management to support process improvement, compliance, and service delivery
• Effective communication to clearly convey findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with teams
• Comfort working on-site in field environments and following safety/regulatory guidelines
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Inspect telecommunications equipment, installations, and related infrastructure to verify compliance with standards and client specifications
• Document inspection findings and prepare reports for project managers, engineers, and clients
• Support quality assurance processes and root-cause analysis for defects or nonconformities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in field and office environments
• Maintain accurate records to support training activities and safety protocols
