RLM Underground LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Quality Assurance Specialist to support daily production review, documentation accuracy, and compliance across our telecom operations.

You will verify that field data, photos, redlines, and closeout packages meet company standards and customer requirements, collaborating with field crews and project managers to resolve issues quickly.

This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with multiple crews and project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom construction or utilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, PDF markup, photo review tools).
• Strong communication skills with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production reports, photos, redlines, and job documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that field work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or quality issues and communicate them to the appropriate team.
• Track and log daily QA/QC findings to support operational improvements.
• Ensure closeout packages meet all required standards before submission.

• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the QA/QC process.
