Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or controls, telecom preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. telecommunications providers and operational protocols.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are a plus.
• Understanding of CPI, SPI, and EAC; familiarity with WBS and CBS is an asset.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to project sites or offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom projects, including scheduling and closure.
• Maintain project logs, CRM and Excel trackers with real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support cost tracking across labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Use Excel and Power BI to produce performance and status reports.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement.
