Group O, a leading manufacturing and logistics company, is hiring a Production Test Technician to support telecom and electronic product testing. The role emphasizes hardware and software testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers to ensure quality and timely production.

The position requires strong lab skills, experience with test equipment, and the ability to write clear work instructions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a test technician in a structured product development life cycle.
• Experience with telecom and electronic carrier-grade software testing.
• Strong background in telecom and electronic production environments.
• Experience with hardware and software testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production and verification of test related failures.
• Assist with production changeovers and setup.
• Work with Technical writing team on Work Instructions and updates.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot, resolve, and document problems.
• Perform routine PM and maintenance on all lab equipment.
• Test with complex electronic equipment and diagnose failures to component level when needed.
• Provide technical support and training to Test Operators to improve throughput.
