Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, telecommunications or related field.
• OR associate’s degree in field mentioned above with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Intermediate knowledge of communications technologies and inter-networking principles.
• Analytical techniques to handle assignments of moderate complexity.
• Ability to analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes.
• Strong collaboration and cross-training capabilities within and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and analyze network performance.
• Perform site visits and create engineering documentation with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with system turnups.
• Review and validate technical drawings and documentation packages.
• Plan fiber installations and resolve moderate fiber-related issues.
• Maintain accurate project updates in tracking systems and dashboards.
