Responsibilities:

• Carry out various physical labor duties on telecommunications construction sites
• Support fellow construction crew members to help maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Transport and lift materials as required
• Maintain proper organization and storage of tools
• Clear vegetation and trims trees to prepare and maintain job sites
• Participate in tasks involving entry into confined spaces
• Aid in implementing traffic control measures within designated work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and incident reporting guidelines
• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and supervisors

Skills/Must have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license; CDL-A is a plus but not mandatory
• Two years of experience in the telecommunications field is a strong advantage
• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment; certification is preferred
• Flagger certification, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire
