Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Lineman I Telecom in Westfield, MA. You will assist with installing and maintaining fiber and telecom lines, work safely with tools, and help keep traffic safe around work zones.

The role requires 18+ years old, U.S. work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous construction experience, preferably telecom, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Construction experience, preferably telecom
• Ability to climb and work at heights
• Willingness to travel for storm response on short notice
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables overhead
• Safely use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws)
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow
• Climb heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Other duties as assigned
