Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• U.S. work authorization.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Valid CDL license or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum of three years of Lineman experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair fiber/telecom cables and materials, ensuring reliable service.
• Safely use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Maintain safe work areas to keep traffic flowing smoothly.
• Climb heights using hooks and ladders; work at height safely.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
