Pauley Construction, LLC in the United States is seeking a Lineman I Telecom to join our team and help connect America. The Lineman will install and repair aerial telecommunications cable and safely operate hand tools and mechanized equipment.

You’ll set up safety perimeters, flag traffic when required, and travel as needed to meet project demands. We provide weekly pay, paid time off, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Must be able to pass background check and company drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States for Pauley Construction, LLC.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair aerial telecommunications cable.
• Safely use hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, drills, ladders, and climbing gear.
• Safely operate mechanized equipment such as bucket trucks and digger derricks.
• Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and barriers.
• Flag traffic when required.
• Understand separation and clearance regulations.
• Work aloft using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Maintain safe working habits according to all regulations and policies.
