Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of experience as a Lineman.
• Experience operating and working in truck mounted aerial lifts.
• Experience working from engineering/construction prints, plans and specifications.
• Two years of experience as a Lineman preferred in telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Digging holes, climbing poles, placing/removing poles and anchors, pulling and stringing wire/cable between poles.
• Repairing and maintaining cable systems and structures.
• Reading orders and engineering/construction documents to determine tasks.
• OperatING aerial/underground equipment and setting up traffic control signs.
• Completing timesheets, reports and company documentation per standards.
• Adhering to safety policies and working at heights.
