Job summary

Taylor's Construction is seeking a Telecom Lineman to join their crew in Hundred, WV. In this role, you will perform installation and maintenance of aerial fiber and copper cable. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in telecom construction and be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in telecom construction or lineman work.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Current DOT medical card or ability to pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Install aerial telecommunications infrastructure and associated hardware.
• Set up safe work zones with appropriate signage and controls.
• Conduct daily inspections and minor maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

Skills

Telecom construction experience

Knowledge of electricity and cabling

Safe climbing practices

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Valid Class A CDL

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
