Cable Services Company, Inc. seeks a hands-on telecom laborer to support crews in field operations across various sites in the United States. The role involves outdoor work, physical tasks, and strict adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Travel to project sites and overnight stays may be required; the company covers hotel expenses. Responsibilities include material handling, traffic control, equipment checks, and thorough paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least two years' driving experience with no major infractions in the past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction activities (pulling rope, climbing ladders, using hand tools, digging with a shovel, cable handling, and cleanup).
• Stock truck with materials to ensure daily supply.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment.
• Set up traffic control signs and cones; flag/direct traffic as needed.
• Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks.
• Document timesheets, truck reports, and expense reports according to company standards.
• Work safely and follow company safety policies.
• Perform other duties to help team complete projects.
