Pearce Services, a technology-enabled provider of asset management for mission-critical infrastructure across North America, seeks a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell tower sites. The role requires regional travel and the ability to work independently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in generator maintenance, knowledge of electrical components, and basic familiarity with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance and repair of generators and electrical components.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing and replacing components or entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators to ensure readiness.
• Install fuel and water lines, pumps, wiring and controls; test for proper operation.
• Be on call 24/7 for alarms and respond promptly to phone/email communications.
• Adhere to safety practices; understand hazards and use safety equipment.
• Duties may evolve based on client needs.
