Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Field Inspector to perform field inspections of cable and fiber placement, splicing, and telecom construction at customer sites. You will monitor work, document conditions, and ensure activities meet safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with field crews, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams to support project success. Travel to project locations is daily, with 50%+ travel potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete required background check, drug screen, MVR, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned project locations and conduct field inspections.
• Inspect telecommunications cable and fiber placement, splicing, and construction activities.
• Document field inspection results, observations, deficiencies, and project progress.
• Prepare accurate field reports and supporting documentation.
• Attend field meetings with field personnel, government agencies, and contractors.
• Communicate inspection findings and concerns to project personnel.
