Qualifications

• 18+ years old with authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED; hands-on mechanical experience accepted.
• Minimum 1 year as a mechanic, preferably fleet or commercial equipment.
• Know-how of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; diagnostic tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Determine repair or maintenance plans based on cost/benefit analysis.
• Conduct diagnostics to troubleshoot vehicle and equipment failures.
• Inspect and recommend proactive maintenance actions.
• Follow procedures for repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and inspections.
