Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, VACs, guzzlers or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to read grading, depth, and alignment specs.
• Strong safety mindset; familiarity with OSHA standards.
• Valid CDL is preferred.
• Team player in outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain excavators, VACs, guzzlers, and other heavy equipment.
• Execute digging, grading, and material-moving tasks to project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe operations on site.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job site activity.
