Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking an OSP Fielder to support field surveys, construct telecom facilities, and document routes with attention to safety and quality. The role involves calculating routes, recording data, and coordinating with project management.

The candidate should have 1+ year of OSP field experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with industry measurement tools. Occasional travel and DOT vehicle operation are expected for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an OSP Fielder or similar, including site surveys
• Experience performing field surveys and developing build plans
• Experience with construction and telecom specifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, clean job site tasks
• Locate and document OSP facilities—cables, poles, ground structures
• Complete tasks within budget and meet quality standards
• Acquire field information and prepare work order construction prints
• Take measurements, notes, and photos of construction locations and equipment
• Provide feedback to improve installation processes
• Complete field surveys and ROW drawings to determine routes
• Document project changes and communicate with project management
• Perform inspections, testing, and other duties to ensure progress
• Adhere to safety guidelines and customer requirements
