Job summary

Rlmus is seeking an experienced fiber splicer to manage day-to-day splicing work with confidence across Michigan. The role requires traveling regularly to multiple cities and a solid working knowledge of fiber construction, troubleshooting, and testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fiber Splicer in telecom construction.
• Ability to splice, test, and troubleshoot independently.
• Strong understanding of fiber networks, equipment, and safety standards.

Full-time | Travel Across Multiple Michigan Cities

We are looking for an experienced Fiber Splicer who can hit the ground running and manage day-to-day splicing work with confidence and accuracy. This role requires regular travel across multiple cities in Michigan and a strong working knowledge of fiber construction, troubleshooting, and testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fiber Splicer in telecom construction

• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying field conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the state of MI
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage daily workload without oversight
