SQUAN is seeking an experienced construction manager in the telecommunications sector to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of fiber projects, both aerial and underground, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will lead field teams, manage budgets, coordinate with cross-functional groups, conduct site inspections, mentor staff, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management while upholding industry standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as construction manager in telecom.
• Fiber construction experience: aerial, splicing, underground.
• Experience with as builds.
• Ability to lead field teams.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction/financial software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel to various sites.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of telecom projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordination.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, and resources.
• Ensure safety compliance and industry standards.
• Conduct QA inspections during and after work.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and deviations.
• Coach, mentor, and guide team members.
• Support recruitment and hiring for crew.
• Provide updates to clients and upper management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and feedback.
• Coordinate with safety and quality managers.
• Lead weekly meetings with staff, subs, and safety.
