Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience is seeking an experienced copywriter to join CRMOne as an embedded writer with a major telecom brand. You will craft persuasive copy across emails, direct marketing, and related assets while partnering with clients to meet day-to-day needs.

Hybrid role; on-site 2–3 days per week in the Basking Ridge area and remote the rest of the time, with collaboration across Publicis and agency leadership. Strong multi-channel writing and email experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as integrated marketing copywriter at an agency.
• Portfolio across multiple channels (social, digital, email); email experience required.
• Experience using AI to create efficiencies in creation and delivery of work.
• Good team player, collaborator, and communicator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategically sound creative for email and direct marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with client partners on a variety of copy-related projects.
• Quickly and skillfully edit existing communications to adapt to new brand and business strategies.
• Persuasively present both internally and to clients with credibility, reasoning, and feeling.
• Actively listen to truly understand the ask and feedback.
• Ensure communications are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
• Deliver fresh ideas while working with existing brand voice and tone.
• Practice time management skills in order to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
