Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator Foreman to oversee drilling operations for telecommunications infrastructure and guide on-site crew members. You will read and interpret drawings, determine bore paths, and ensure safe, efficient installation of cables and equipment.

The role requires CDL A with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain), a valid US work authorization, and a minimum of 3 years’ drill bores experience in telecom or construction.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• At least 3 years of drill bores equipment experience in telecom/construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Job Safety Analysis.
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents for OSP facilities.
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment necessary to complete tasks assigned to crew.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Utilize mud mixing systems.
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection.
• Schedule, maintain equipment & tooling, and perform site setup and cleanup.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
