Responsibilities of a Telecom Drill Bores Operator

• Determine bore path and locate utilities
• Operate and control all necessary equipment safely
• Verify existing utilities through potholing to determine bore path
• Utilize mud mixing systems
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule
• Manage site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
• Perform tasks in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements

• Be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable record
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, physical, and background checks
• Experience with drilling equipment and setup

Physical abilities & exposures

• Work with arms above shoulder, in confined spaces, operate machinery, and lift over 55 pounds
• Occasionally use ladders, keyboards, and mice

Salary Range: $25 - $32+ per hour, DOE
