Texstar Enterprises, LLC seeks a Foreman Telecom Drill Bores Operator to oversee drilling operations for telecom infrastructure. You’ll work on-site, guiding crew members and ensuring safe, efficient installation of cables and equipment.

The role requires coordinating equipment, interpreting drawings, and communicating with property owners. Applicants should have 3+ years of drill bores experience in telecom/construction, a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain),

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of drill bores experience in telecom or construction.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Authorization to work in the United States for Texstar Enterprises, LLC.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

Aufgaben

• Lead site Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents for OSP facilities.
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment necessary to complete tasks assigned to crew.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection.
• Schedule, maintain equipment & tooling, and perform site setup and cleanup.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
