Job Description

Telecom Construction Manager (EPA Market) is responsible for overseeing the project's construction schedule, expenses, quality, and safety. This role manages resources involved in construction, including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, vendors, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Engineering or technical degree preferred
• Clean driving record

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce the company's safety program, review daily job site safety plans, and halt work if unsafe practices or conditions are observed
• Analyze ongoing construction projects on-site, consulting with senior construction or project managers as needed
• Coordinate with the client's engineering team and utilize the company's engineering and management teams for decision-making
• Implement and oversee quality standards for the company's and subcontractors' work to meet customer specifications

Pay Range: $38.46/hr - $48.08/hr
