BCOMM Constructors, a Primoris Company, is a leader in telecommunications construction, seeking a Laborer/Operator to join the crew locally in Texas. You will perform ROW and dirt work, install gates, and assist with flagging and traffic control tasks.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and good communication, safety awareness, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Strong communication and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performing ROW and Dirt work farming
• Putting in rock and tinhorns
• Installing gates
• Plowing seeding
• Back hoes
• Trac hoes
• Farm tractors
• understand utility locates and marks, and work collaboratively and collegially with other members of the crew
• Other Duties as assigned
