TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinating foremen and crews and ensuring safety and quality on local projects with occasional travel. The role emphasizes communication, organizing materials and labor, and reporting on job progress.

Strong leadership and computer skills (Excel, databases) are required; CDL is a plus. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Proficient with database software and Excel; familiarity with Google apps a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; able to pass a DOT physical.
• Class A CDL is a plus; local work with occasional travel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Oversee job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
