Job summary

Star Construction LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to support our Telecom Construction team in Tennessee. You will operate and care for specialized machinery used to install phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring reliability and safety on site.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Wages reflect market rates, with benefits including PTO, 401(k), and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on telecom/construction sites.
• Familiar with drill setup and design processes (preferred).
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches, or potholes as directed by the plan.
• Responsible for site setup and cleanup.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Set up a safety perimeter.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
